Hi can anyone help with these question

My son has a pre hearing in May

And more than likely to be put on sor

Does he have to tell his employer he on sexcual offenders register, he does nor work with children or valuable adults

He as not told them he as been charged as not in contact to do so,also solicitor have not to saying anything about being charged

Any advice pls

There is advice on both sides

Be honest will HR & you cannot be sacked if your offence is irrelevant to your work. However,if it affects the company's good name,that can have repercussions.

If it gets media attention & the company are unaware,it can be tricky with work colleagues reaction.

My son chose to resign,as colleagues refused to work with him. He was in technical assembly.
