Subject Access Request

Morning all, has anyone's offending person made a subject access request and 70% of it is redacted/ blacked out?
My OH is doing SAR's for all relevant authorities and he's received his police report back from his offending manager and they've pretty much blacked out most pages. I understand blacking out third party information and anything that's potentially related to ongoing investigations but the majority of the risk assessments are blacked out.
The bits that we can see have been interesting to say the least, so many inaccuracies about virtually everything but particularly our sex life!

Hi,
I was told by probation that if we put in a subject access request we'd likely only get his sentencing plan. I was hoping to be able to gain access to risk assessments as obviously this is what ss would get when we go back to them.
It's very frustrating xxx

I'd say it's still worth doing as we've seen so many assumptions been made and inaccuracies on the bits that are shown, which my OH is going to discuss with his OM as they definitely don't look good for risk assessments, social services etc.
Have they specified the reasons for not disclosing the information?
