Bail extended - devices scanned

Hi all,
My husband was arrested for possession of IIOC three months ago. He was put on bail for three months, bail was supposed to end today but they let him know they've renewed it for an additional three months.
Detective also told him that two out of four devices that had seized came back and that she hadn't reviewed them yet.
What does it mean? If bail was extended, does it mean something was found? If devices came back and she has to review them, does it mean there indeed was indecent pictures or could they have found nothing but still require her to review the devices?
My husband forgot the password to one of the two re remaining devices and they couldn't get past encryption, but she just said that if they couldn't get into it then they couldn't get into it. She didn't seem overly concerned.
Thank you

Hi,
It doesn't necessarily mean that anything was found. I believe the OIC will receive a forensic report from each device and then needs to review that in order to decide the next course of action.
One of my partners devices was broken and it meant that they couldn't get into that one. The case went ahead using the evidence from his other device.
There is a lot of inconsistency between areas and when devices are returned during the process. I was told the family laptop would be reviewed and returned within two weeks. This didn't happen, I chased it many times and although nothing was found on it, it was still kept until after sentencing.
I remember looking for answers at every stage wondering what everything meant but looking back I realise it's complete luck of the draw for all of the stages of investigation. No two cases are handled in the same way. I know this doesn't offer any answers but I hope that it quietens all the what ifs going through your head xxx
