Adjourned again

Finally got an email today, to say OH case had been adjourned until 25th November. A fixed date for trial, another 6 months of this hanging over us and him not being able to return to work. It's exasperating, like a black cloud hanging over us.

No!!!!! I am so sorry. What annoys me the most is that you can't shout and complain about it. A silent scream

Felt really down yesterday, but realise now we just have to accept it, nothing else we can do. Going to try an box it up an put it away until October then be fully prepared to take it to trial and pray that a jury can see how unjust this whole situation has been.
Cps refused to even look at the defence statement, they weren't interested !
