Hi I’m wondering if anyone has any advice on looking at solicitors and interview process for people who are vulnerable or have learning difficulties?



We’ve been told that my OH will have to have an interview at some point. The OIC is aware that he is vulnerable and said he’s allowed a family member with him but we’d like a solicitor for his protection. I worry that he will be confused by the interview process and questions he’s asked.



I’d appreciate anyone sharing any tips or experiences with this.
