Does Everyone Get Asked In For 2nd Interview?

As the title suggests? Knock September 2023,bailed every 3 months, forensics report back in may 2024 and then a phone call this morning to say report has been sent to cps and bail extended to August but no 2nd interview, so does that mean nothing was found on the phone and we now just wait the cps decision? I hope that makes sense lol

How long does it take for cps to make a decision? All this waiting is so hard. Xx
It does seem to differ between areas, apparently where we are (south west) it is approx 5 months. Yours seems to be going fairly quickly.
2 years and 4 months its taken for the report to be written by the OIC, and as far as I know it hasn't even been sent to the CPS yet. The knock for my OH was Feb 22 so you can imagine how frustrating it feels.
Hope it goes quickly for you, no one should be waiting as long as we are..... and I don't think we are anywhere near the longest! ????

As far as I can tell there aren't any timescales in these cases. Everyone seems to have a different experience. My partner was remanded in custody so our whole thing from arrest to sentencing was only six months. That doesn't seem to be the norm unfortunately xx

My ex didn't get a second interview. Out of the blue after waiting 1y9m he got the charges in the post. With a date for magistrates court about 4 weeks later.
