we also received a NFA a couple of months ago, we've had zero contact from ss since this. They had closed our case previously and has said they shall come back once he's been convicted. The oic has rang them and they just said ok well the case is already closed. The oic told my husband to go back to how we use to be.
it seems different areas ss work differently, I assume it'll just be a tick box exercise. Have they given you a date when they will be doing the assessment?

Also just wanted to add if he has no bail restrictions they can't stop him from coming home. My husband was on Rui for most of the investigation and he was home, I just made him sleep downstairs.
