Empathy is so important when posting our responses particularly when new forum users are reaching out in the initial stage of their journey. Please remember how you felt in those first stages and answer with kindness. Be gentle with our new people.
Thank you Life for reminding us of the importance of thinking about what we're writing when posting a response. I know I can sometimes plunge right in with an answer without putting myself in the other persons shoes so a reminder is good.
I'm sure we all would be very sorry if we had caused someone new on the forum any hurt or pain.
