My son is due in crown court on Tuesday

But he does not not no what time he got tobe there

He said he want know until tomorrow Monday

His this normal

My anxiety is way up

Hi Poppop, yes this is perfectly normal. Times are set the day before, usually around 4:30pm. You can in fact register on Courtserve & check the listings and times yourself if that helps. I would however prepare to be there around 9:30 / 10am as your Barrister may wish to speak with you before the hearing.

He also said solicitors will let him no the time

I really hope it's not cancelled

Hi Poppop, yes the solicitor should call you the afternoon before, just remember they won't know court times until later afternoon, don't let your anxiety get the better of you. Here to chat if you need support x x
