I found this podcast very true and I'm sure resignated what many of us have been and are going through.

Personally I found the end part quite harrowing as the lady talked about her husbands experiences when he left prison. I sincerely hope this will not be the case when my son is released as he'll need every bit of support he can get or I can see he'll spiral downhill very quickly.

i had difficulty sleeping! I have tried to focus on the fact everyone's experiences are different as we plough our way through this journey and hopefully things have got better and more positive since this podcast was made.

Hi,

I listened to this and got quite emotional, not the best journey to be on but heart warming to know there are many people here to listen and who are not here to judge.

Such a very sad chaotic life we live in with technology, children trying to be older than their years and such a judgemental society, sometimes it feels like the world needs to implode in itself and start again afresh.

Xx
