Hi JellyBean, this must be so difficult for you. I imagine your OH thinks he's acting in your children's best interest but I can see why not having a relationship with their Grandfather would make you sad. The only thing I can suggest is to try not to think to far into the future, take things day by day and in time things may gradually change and the situation might become a bit more manageable.

I know from experience that alot of men find it very difficult to talk about what they've done and I'm sure it's worse the older the person is. They then try to make excuses. I wonder if in time, your husband might be able to understand that if the children are missing their Grandad, ?hey could see him supervised. x
