First Post after 18 months waiting.

Hi, and sorry this is so long,
My person first received The Knock in 2022 and a squad of plod "invaded" our home and took with them dozens of devices. My person is something of a hoarder of technology so we have muliple old laptops/PCs/phones that haven't been used in years along with our current devices.
My person wasn't arrested at this point as the OIC admitted they couldn't be sure that [they] had committed the alleged offences.
I haven't felt safe in my home since and we moved to another location in the general vicinity. Six months later, we received a second Knock. My person was arrested and our newer devices were seized. [They were] arrested under suspicion of inciting an offence with a minor and distributing IIOC. Upon interview, my person answered "no comment" to every question asked upon advice from [their] solicitor.
[They] were released on bail and within less than a week, the incitement offence was dropped when we received a notification of NFA. Before [their] bail date came, we were informed that the bail had been extended.
Last week, whilst answering bail, my person was informed that the other offence of distributing IIOC, had been marked NFA. This was a huge relief and when asked if our devices would be returned to us, we were advised to contact the IOC.
The IOC has sinced confirmed that [they] have authorised the return of our property and we should hear from someone in the next two weeks.
My question is however, will the property returned be simply the newer items taken from the second Knock or will they also return that taken back in 2022? It doesn't seem fair that they can leave us waiting indefinitely for the earlier items to be returned but since no arrest was made at that time, I don't know what to expect?
Our lives have been turned upside down since this happened and although an NFA is absolutely what we've been waiting for; not knowing how much we'll get back makes me wonder if the nightmare is truly over.
