Feeling so irritable and stress! Any advice?

Hello all, hope you are having a great week! I have been doing pretty well in the last month, therapy was been a massive help for me! ... but this week I find myself feeling so irritable and annoyed about many people and things around me, almost everything to be honest. I feel it's mainly me, and I know all the accumulated stress might have a big impact but feels like such an uncomfortable mood.
I keep thinking about what annoys me for so long when I wish I could just not care, especially if they are work-related, because this makes me irritable at home as well. I just want to be left alone for a bit of time. Anyone else feeling like this? How do you manage all these weird emotions together? Any advice? I am still waiting for my partner Cps decision to be made. We should have a meeting end of July but already feel so negative they will postponed.

I'm sure we can all resignate with your feelings Galaxy. It's all so overwhelming with so many different emotions to cope with, no wonder you end up wanting to crawl under a stone and be on your own, everyone just to clear off!
These feelings will subside and it's excellent you are receiving therapy. I'm better at categorising everyday stresses than I was before. I just think to myself 'is this really worth my time' and let the trivia float away.
if tberes a 'blip' in my journey I do my best to look after myself and do things I enjoy, talk and communicate with people that do not annoy me - usually in my case it's Upet on the forum xxxx.
Honest with time, and kindness to yourself - you'll soon put together a strategy that helps to overcome this irritability xxxxxxx

Ditto what Smile through the tears has said - have you spoken to you GP they may be able to give you something to help with anxiety and stress.
look after yourself and just take a bit of time to do something for you.

Hi Galaxy, I'm with you on this one as I've also been feeling irritable for the last week or so. I've recently cut down on one of my anxiety meds so am thinking it could be that but then again it could be a lack of hot weather and sunshine for me as I love the sun.
I hope you soon feel calmer but if not I recommend finding a few things that you love to do and having a bit of self care time.

Thank you all for your kind messages! I had my weekly therapy meeting today and managed to get some of my thoughts a bit more organised and decided I will just rest and focus on myself a bit more as I feel very tired too! I will also ask for an appointment with my Gp hopefully they can also help. Hope you are having a lovely week xxx
