My brother has been given by a French Court
4 months in prison suspended for 2 years
My question is can he return to the UK
Can he have the probation transferred to the UK
He has french residency and a UK passport
He is 67 lives alone in a remote place and is struggling to survive.
It's very different for him to get to the probation office.
I'm very worried about his mental health
Any advice is welcome

Unless the French courts have imposed restrictions on his travel, then I see no reason why he can't return to the UK.
People convicted abroard are placed on the register here, which means they are monitored by police, but they don't see probation.
