CPS waiting time !

Hi all
The knoc came in January. I was numb for few months. OH being accused of comunicación not photos or anything else. He still hasn't told me the details of the comunicación ( he said he forgot ).it was a decoy. He insisted he knew it was an adult and not a child. He is not allowed to sleep and have to be supervised around our kids.
I'm having a very difficult time here to deal with this and ask for divorce. Is extremely hard!
What it will happen when Cps are back with the decision? How I possible know if goes to court etc?

Hi, I'm sorry you find yourself here on this forum but we are here to support you.
The CPS will inform the police of the charge(s) and the police will inform your person. The police will also give him a court date if it is going to court. The court date for plea hearing at Magistrates court is usually between 4-8 weeks after the charges are given.
The best way of knowing what's happening will be to ask your person if he can let you know when he receives his charges. If he chooses not to inform you and hasn't given you full disclosure then you may not be able to find out.
Look after yourself, self care is so important when going through these traumatic times.

Similar situation here
The solicitor just mentioned to him today, that it might be a decision at the end of the month as the bail was renewed only one more month ?? Any experience?
Hi lastima
It sounds like we may be in a similar situation my persons bail was for 3 months....it was extended to another 3 months. The solicitor says that next time they can't just extend it again, they have to tell us whether they're intending on pressing charges or dropping it. So more waiting.....my person has been quite open and let us know what was discussed in interviews etc so I have an idea of what they have found and what they might try to charge with. Your person should have an idea of what they've been accused for (what the arrest was for) or what evidence they have as this would have been discussed at arrest or during interview. Hope that helps.
