So today my person attended magistrates to be sentenced after it being adjourned last month for a pre sentencing report

he has received a community order for 36 months , I believe it's 300 hours but those are to be completed within 12 months from what I've read online?

5 year SOR , 5 years SHPO

The SHPO is only 7 points long all online based except for 1 that was the no unsupervised contact with anyone under the age of 16 , we managed to get our solicitor to get a clause added that it doesn't count towards his own children ( we only have 1 child but I believe that is to cover if we were to ever have any more)

Also a court fine and a victim fine ( it was a police decoy so that one throws me a bit)

but all the waiting and stress is finally over , we got asked if we wanted the SHPO to be imposed today or if he wanted to come back to court next month and we just wanted it to be over as soon as possible!

Just so thankful that it's finally over and he can have unsupervised contact with his daughter again as he was always able to live at home from the first arrest but the limitations it put on me to not be able to even go for a bath with the door closed!

so a well deserved long candle lit bath was the first thing I did this evening

I hope everyone here is doing okay as I know how stressful being in our position is xx

Well done glad it's over for you, are ss still involved if so just be careful because my oh had to stick to what was in place until they changed it and was actually told by sw to not change anything until it was written up, he had gone from supervised to unsupervised

Hi all!

sorry for the late reply we have just been getting used to all the new rules and things he needs to abide by!

to the above -

no images were involved with my persons case it was one count of attempted communication

and also no we haven't got social services involved what so ever , they had one phone call with me at the very start and then closed the case on that same day and haven't been back in contact since :)
