Well my oh pleaded guilty 2 both charges communication and incitement. Prosecutor said they want 5 years custodial but his solicitor said he would be better off in the community for rehabilitation. He's a mess which I was expecting. So now we have to wait for 4 weeks for sentencing and at crown court.
I'm right at the beginning of this dreadful journey but I suspect my person's situation will be similar. Sending you strength while you're waiting. Is your OH living at home with you? The fear for their safety, combined with fury and disbelief at what they've done, is such a horrendous combination.
He's not living with us. As soon as he was arrested he was moved to relatives house. It's so hard especially when children are involved. I don't think he intentionally went out their to do what he did. It just started as a conversation with an adult. Now I'm standing by my husband I could lose my children. I really don't know what to do
