Removing clauses in SHPO
Notifications OFF
I'm after a bit of advice here please.
My son's SHPO for 5 years currently has a clause in it which states that any job he applies for that involves computers would mean that the visor would need to go into the workplace and install security software.
This was argued against in court by our solicitor but the judge allowed it to remain.
The visor we initially had told us that this was standard practice but the new visor (who seems far more effective) has told him that in her opinion it should be removed and that he could request that this is done.
Has anyone had success in doing this and what does it involve?- we don't want to start along this process unless it is going to result in a good outcome.

I had a look at this on unlock. If the visor agrees, I think they can just submit the paperwork to a court and get it signed off.
but I haven't been brave enough to broach this with my husband nor his visor so I have no experience of it to help you.
sorry xx
