we are expecting the letter any day now with the charge as we still don’t know what exactly that will be, my husband is currently doing the safer lives programme which helps prepare him for the whole system, they told him he sounds like he’s a low risk and a custodial sentence is very unlikely, they write a report for court and social services if required and he’s also having therapy for his porn addiction so it’s basically still a waiting game! How are you? What stage are you at now?

No further forward here, they say they are still waiting for more info but I'm not sure what as they had the items back in February. I'm exhausted from being on my own with the kids who themselves have their own struggles. I just wish they'd hurry up but on the other hand I dont want it to come to a head.
Do you know roughly what he will be charged with? Did I see that they couldn't do anything about the conversation he had? I'm struggling with that side of things and moving forward if we stay together. Like how on earth can I move on knowing he was in sick conversation with other men about abusing children? How are you coping with it?
I hope you get your letter from the CPS soon, the waiting must be a killer.

The waiting is the killer isn't it.
We are 12 months post knock now and all devices searched and nothing on them except the single chat. No charges and investigating officer doesn't think they have enough to charge but their boss may want it to go to cps still. Haven't heard from them since august, last update was it was still at bottom of case list and not priority.
