Just a quick question really , my person signed the SOR last month after he was first in magistrates court , last week he was given his sentence ( community order, 5 years SOR and 5 years SHPO) his SHPO states that he has to advise the police station within 3 days , is this to further advise them that he now has an SHPO or does his initial time last month when he did it within 3 days cover the same thing? It's unclear , I tried calling the police this morning and they said to either call the courts or out solicitor , typically both are closed until Monday!

I don't know if anyone would know at all!

I hope everyone is doing okay x

If I remember correctly, he only had to notify them now if anything has changed from when he first notified.

the shpo and sor are two separate things.

unlock can be really helpful with this stuff
