So my son's sentencing date has now been moved for a third time as probate have STILL not been in to see him for the pre-sentencing report.

Apparently there may also be new charges coming (which I guess means that not only did he have unregistered devices which he'd been using with a false name, but they've found something on them... sigh...

On the plus side, the guy at the court did let slip where he's being held, so I can try and get in contact with him...
