so my person is in crown court next week for attempted communication with someone under the age of 16 to obtain sexual gratification.
it's been nearly 3 years since the knock and it's all come flooding back.
I still feel so much love for him I feel like someone just needs to wake me up from this nightmare.
I don't now what to expect what I'm supposed to be doing I feel so helpless.
im also really sorry for mumbling on I'm not very good at this I usually bottle everything up and deal with it on my own but really not coping today can't stop the anxiety and the panic attacks.
Im so sorry to ask but was was wondering if anyone else has gone through this and would have any advice please I would be so so grateful.

Oh fedup - I can tell how stressed and anxious you are as you posted this at 2:30 in the morning. I hope you managed to get some sleep. I know that people who have walked this road already will post once people come online here - not me yet. My turn will come and at the moment we are in that state of almost being able to put what's coming on a back burner for now. I will be on here in an anxious state one day for our son as his case eventually proceeds (20 months and still not sent to CPS) but for now I just wanted to send you a hug and say that we re all rooting for you and here for whatever you need in the days ahead.
This part is absolutely the worst part of the whole horrible mess. Waiting for sentencing is so horrid and I have no particular advice for you other than to keep busy (if you can) and take each day as it comes.
Its ok to feel love for your person, while each case is different, many of us are here because we want to support a good person who has done a bad thing

As much as we dont want this day to come it will bring the next stage of this journey to an end and you will know what outcome will be
Try to keep yourself busy (easier said than done)
