everyone is different and we all wish and pray and hope it doesn't hit the media my young family members parental home was targeted by a local mob wouldn't even call them vigilante just drug abusers and riff raf who made a large gathering allowed by the police his sibling was with myself on the night and it got way out of hand young sibling was of school age and never returned to school threats were made to her but qe are in such a small village it impacted us deeply and forever haunt us but we have to love forward there are a lot of positive stories on this forum where this hasn't happened and I pray this will be your outcome but that is my truth and my reality , not to scare you but we never thought it would happen and it did but people used it as a thing to do!! there was kids the lot there it was surreal but qe see them now in village and they cannot even look at us it's them who hang their heads they doen even know the story only what the media publicised and the media are awful they leave so much out that can explain in further detail the scenario but they do not I complained to the media asking where was my young person's (family memebr) protection why was this allowed to happen they do not care they aren't bothered they want a headline they do more damage than good I hope yours doesn't hit the media and the village you are in is better than the one we are xx

We hit the media also, sentenced thursday local paper following Wednesday then social media blew up on the Friday, I deleted all my stuff so I couldn't read any of it, we lay low for a week just minding our own business my daughter returned to school the following week and I to work neither of us had any problems at all then around 6 weeks later someone said something to my daughter at school,I contacted school immediately and they reacted immediately my daughters friends were in full support of her and no further issues. I work within the community with my job and I am still

nervous at times but our minds are a dangerous place, my oh is ignored by people who used to talk to him but as usual the newspaper printed minimum details with a big headline which left a lot to the imagination of others. My oh got another job around 30 mins away and they want him to apply for team leader he has completed his community service, his supervision is once a month now, we want it to be February 2025 and his sentence will be up

in turmoil that's really good news for your other half and massive step forward irs shows things do get better we have to move forward always cannot stay in the shadows life has to go on xx

My son has children and his case hit the media. 2 of the children were too young for it to affect them. The older child was told what he'd done before it hit the media and has not yet had any backlash.
