I dont know if this is the right place, My son has been accused of sending sexual messages to an undercover officer and arranging to meet her but he has told the police he has no intnet as this person kept harrasing him on the day he went to mmet her and the police were waiting for him.
I am finding it really hard to understand why this has happened, am not sleeping , have no motivation to do anything and am feraing the worst.
Anybody else been in this situation and what was the outcome.

My husband was guilty of the same thing a few months back. He pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 16 months suspended for 2 years plus SHPO and SOR. It appears to be becoming more and more common that people are getting caught in these police operations.
