Has anyone else had trouble getting hold of the officer in charge of their person's case?

I've got some things I need answers to but I can't seem to get through to anyone. I left a message with the officer in charge of my person's case on Monday but she still hasn't got back to me. Is this normal? Do I have to keep phoning?

I've only got a case number so have to phone 101 and sit on hold for ages to get through to an actual person.

So annoying!

Yes its very normal and frustrating. I found if I emailed them the questions they would ring me back as they refuse to put anything in writing

We had an email address for our sons OIC and she always replied but sometimes it could take a couple of days .

Sound like I need an email address.

It's so annoying. I get that they're busy but it's so hard to be left after everything's gone down with minimal information and no way to contact anyone.
