Anyone have recent time frames of North West area. On time taken for devices to be looked at from arrest please x

Our time frames were The Knock in February, interviewed approx June/July, charges by post in October, plea hearing November then sentencing December (4wks after plea). All happened within 12 months and we are NW based.

18 months from taking devices to being charged. Then 2 years until the trial.

Not the NW, not willing to state our area to remain even more anonymous.
But, from arrest to sentencing was exactly 26 weeks and 2 days.
I was pregnant at the time so I know exactly how long it took. It took 7 weeks for the singular device to be checked.

He got a bail extension today now until January. All the solicitor told him was pretty much that they need to find evidence for a charge. But may still send the intelligence /case to cps even without anything on the devices. Just adds to stress of waiting longer and longer in the unknown not knowing what will happen to him or when. Currently 12 weeks since knock
Just over 12 months and still waiting. Changed from bail to RUI atm. In the NE.
