Little update
Notifications OFF
So far everything is ok in our new area. We have met with my husbands new Offender Managment Unit and they seem so nice! They are happy just to chat and are very empathetic which is really comforting.
Nothing else has been said to us apart from the original call to social work. The children have settled in well at school and have made friends. I have even been speaking to one of the mothers and had "playdates". Little old antisocial me is talking to other people!
I wont lie and say it's easy, it's difficult trying to share my space again. We are waiting on my husbands new ID coming through so he can apply for work. I have a job interview this week, I'm a bit nervous as he was always the breadwinner and having him at home on his own for so long on his own may be difficult for him.
However, we are moving along. For everyone thinking there is no coming back from this I just want to show you there is a light at the end.
