Do I tell my parents?

Morning ladies
We are just over 12 months into this ordeal and my OH plea hearing is the end of October. It has gone alot further than we thought it would and have only told a handful of friends and my sister. My question is for those who have had partners plead Not Guilty...
Was a not guilty plea reported on in the media after the plea hearing?
I'm wondering if it's best to tell my parents before the end of the month incase his not guilty plea hearing is mentioned in the media?
I know my parents will give me a hard time and not understand and I really don't need the stress but I also don't want them to read the media side of the story if it does end up being reported on.

I don't have any answers for you, but I just wanted to say, I completely understand.
We are ony two days since the knock and I'm already wondering what to say, if anything to my parents. I probably won't go into detail, at least not yet, but if/when they find out what I've been going through, they'll want to support me. I'm just not sure I can face telling them.

I've not seen anything in the media or heard of anything reported before sentencing so hopefully you have time.
