Today I had received the solicitor document with the resume of the allegations and it has been a horrible day just reading the highlighted of accusation.
Going to Magistrate for Comunication, sending imagines and videos to a child-(...shocking !
Accused of 3 charges along the line.
I spoken to soon to be my Ex as getting divorce and he mentioned that is was attempt comunication?

Usually that means that it was a police decoy rather than an actual child.
Attempting would normally mean it's a police decoy or a vigilante group.
previously "attempting" usually meant reduced sentences but I believe this has now changed and they are to be sentenced as though it was an actual child and not a decoy.

My OH case was an attempt communication (police decoy) judge mentioned it and said only a very small reduction of the sentence will be made (10% in our case) to show that there was no actual victim. This was our experience I am sure it varies a lot.

My son was attempted communication with decoys
He sent pictures of private part and asked for pictures to be sent to him
He was sentence in July 2024
He got 2 yrs suspended sentence
And put on shipo and sor for 10 yrs
100 hrs community service, now half way through
