Hi,

have ss been in contact previously regarding contact following your partners arrest?
My partner doesn't live with us and we have a safety plan for our daughter that includes no unsupervised contact. If you've previously been assessed as able to supervise contact then this shouldn't change post charges or sentencing. They should just make contact with you to find out if you knew everything he'd been charged with and are happy with the safety plan xxx

I think contacting them and letting them know that nobody has been in touch from children's services and you were expecting them to.

Reiterate that you have attended interviews etc and are fully aware of and abiding by bail conditions as set out.

You will be allowed to visit if he receives a custodial, you're an adult. It would be different if you want your children to be allowed to visit, not just from a ss standpoint but also from the prison system xxx
