Went to see the solicitor with my husband today. My OH has been charged with sexual communication offence. I was shown every single message sent between my OH and police decoy today but I can't help but think he's been lured into a conversation he would never of had because she was the one who mentioned taboo and young first. Has anyone dealt with an entrapment defence?
Hi, entrapment isn't a defence in most of the UK it may still be in Scotland xxx
