My situation is slightly different its to do with a commication rather than images. Its early days for us but i hope to remain with my partner if possible. I think whether you chose to stay with a partner or leave is hard, both options require strength and courage. Do you have family to turn to? Have you told your friends how you feel, maybe write them a letter. I think its very hard for anyone involved to deal with and come to terms with. I recormmend talking to a councellor, it helps to talk it all over with someone who doesnt judge. I believe life can be rebuilt, remember to do things you like doing and spend time with people who do support you. Maybe in time you can rebuild some of the good friendships and make new friends.
My family have been quite supportive even though my mom finds it difficult in how to deal with it sometimes. Me and my partner had mutual friends and have lost most of those :(
