I know it's late so I'm not expecting many replies if any, but I just wanted a bit of advice.

My OH is due at crown court for his plea hearing tomorrow morning. The letter we received tells us the time of his hearing is 10.30am so his solicitor advised us to get there at 10am but court serve says he has an 11.30am hearing.

Does that mean we still get there at 10am and just wait to be called?

Xx

Solicitors will ask you to get there for 10, so they can talk to their client beforehand. It is very useful & gives the opportunity to discuss anything extra . My person is my son,so we could find out what was really happening with his permission. Unless you have sat in on interviews, you may not know all the facts.

Good luck

Thank you for your reply. I have been to meetings with his solicitor to prep for the plea and have full disclosure so I've got no horrible secrets that will pop up and shock me. Dreading today though x

Hi bubs can you give any more details what happened at crown court please. Did they go into any detail or just read the charges for him to enter his plea

Hi they just read out the charge and what his defence is then he gave his plea of not guilty. They then set a date for trial. It was all very quick xx
