Second interview
Notifications OFF
Is there always a second interview? If so is it because they have found more evidence?
In our case it was when they charged him with the offences . Before hand he was Rui x
It's usually when they are ready to charge x
Sometimes it will be because the investigation has discovered new evidence eg proof of a communication offence when it was originally IIOC so it will be to question about that. It will be described as a chat rather than an arrest but should still be treated with great caution and possibly 'no comment' answers given with a solicitor present too. It's sneaky to call it an interview if in fact it's to charge someone but as others have said already that can sometimes be what happens.
Yes, usually.
