Hi all does anything else think there are too many pinned posts in discussion and support? I notice only about 4 posts from us are on the first page before how many pinned messages there are? x

The pinned messages are for our information. For someone at the very start of this journey, they are incredibly important. You just need to click through to the second page to see any other new posts.

Hello,

Thank you for sharing your thoughts about the number of pinned posts on the Forum. We can understand that some of our Forum users may find the amount of pinned post frustrating. We want to ensure that our users have access to posts that may be particularly useful for them and have these easily accessible, but we recognise that there may be a more useful way to bring this to our Forum user’s attention. We wanted to contribute to this thread to reassure that we are looking into this and are reviewing the topic folders and the number of pinned posts, to make it easier for everyone to navigate around the Forum. We will be asking for some feedback about how the Forum is organised in the coming weeks and would appreciate people’s input.

Kind regards,

The Forum Team

These pinned messages must be extremely important for new people to read and give them confidence to post and confide.

The Halloween situation is something that never crossed my mind - and I can resignate with unexpected knocks on the door on these darker evenings.

Thankyou forum team.....

The pinned messages are really key for new members that find themselves here, they just highlight some supportive information xx

I wonder if one suggestion might be to move the discussion 'LFF posts' to the top of the list, and house all the LFF-led topis into that discussion area. Perhaps at the same time revising the title of this thread to e.g. 'LFF information, guidance and updates'. This would clearly signpost forum users to this information, while 'tidying up' the long list of pinned topics. Just a thought.
