Hi,

Has anyone here been on the Inform course? I am wondering how you found it and if it helped at all.

Thanks =)

Hi KLK,

Thank you for your interest in our 'Inform' course. You can find general information here: https://www.lucyfaithfull.org.uk/inform.htm, at the bottom of this page there are also some comments of individuals who have previously done the Inform course. You may also wish to call the helpline (on 0808 1000 900) for further information, if you have not already.

Additionally, you may find this thread on the forum useful:

Im considering doing an inform course and also wondering how others found it. Was it worthwhile, do you think it was a help in understanding.

Maria,

I had a call with an LFF Practioner yesterday and it REALLY helped me just talking to her on the phone for 45 minutes so I am sure doing the course will be worth it's weigh in gold. It's a real trek for me to get there, over 3 hours each way but I am going to go on it when they have space. I need to do it to help me get through this and from what others have said so far it really does seem worth it.

In the meantime, this great forum and the Stop it guys will continue to be my saviour!

Hi.

I have been on this course and it was incredibly worthwhile. The content is tough, don't get me wrong, but being able to talk with someone who really understands (and has lots of patience) is invaluable. I would highly recommend.
