Does anyone know if my person is allowed to travel from UK to Northern Ireland whilst on bail? Can't get hold of police to check this

If your person's bail conditions don't specify you have to reside in one place it should be fine especially since it's still the UK. But it is a good idea to inform OIC in writing (even if they don't reply you can prove you weren't hiding anything).
