New baby

My husband was sentenced this June for possession of IIOC and moved back home. We have 3 children and ss closed our case and we assumed that was that, I then fell pregnant with our 4th and final baby and am now 22 weeks. Social got back involved due to various reports being made, he was also seen to be watching porn (legal porn on a legal site) and so they have said he has strong sexual urges and have made him leave home again whilst they complete a section 47. He knows how wrong he was to watch porn, but he also said we have 3 children and he didn't think it was a big thing that he'd watched it once. Turns out he was very wrong. But anyway. He has moved out, things are up in the air and social worker is now being extremely difficult. They're now saying they don't think he's going to be allowed at the birth of our child. Does anyone know if there's a way to fight this? Just to add the IIOC were teenagers and a risk assessment deemed him to be low risk for contact offences. He now has an app on his phone that police and probation track to see what he's doing and searching and is getting help for an addiction to porn. I'm just not sure if they can actually say he's not allowed to be at the birth or not?
Hi I saw your post does your husband live with you at the moment?
Hi, he was living with us which social services signed off and closed our case but a month ago social services became back involved and he was made to leave home so they could conduct a section 47 which we're still waiting on the outcome of.
What were the "various reports" being made?
Also, if he was watching legal porn, why did this flag up? I do not believe social services would get involved again because a man watches porn. How would they know about it anyway?

He changed probation workers because he moved area. Him and his new probation worker from the moment they met never got on, and his probation worker didn't like how social services had let him move straight home so was ringing social services constantly asking for another assessment which they phoned and told me about but said they didn't deem it necessary. His probation worker then phoned his visor officer and asked them to come out and do an assessment. They checked his phone and see that he'd been watching porn. No I didn't believe it either was absolutely crazy but I was sat in the room. And because he'd clicked on videos that had suggestive names such as 'first time anal' they Said that speaks volumes. He knows he was stupid, all of that is now blocked and he'll no longer be watching it.
