Hi this is my first post on here so I'm a little nervous, my family member has been sentenced to 20 months to serve 10 in prison for downloading images, first of all does anyone know what Risley prison in Warrington is like I have spoken to my family member who arrived there last week they have said it's awful they are on the induction wing at the moment , I know they are in there for punishment but apparently it's dirty and they have had no clean clothing since Monday given to them

also does anybody know how the parole works some people say they have to serve all of the 10 months and some say it's half that and maybe be able to get out on parole in April time ?



this is so stressful it's got to be the worst thing me and my family have ever been through it's keeping the secret that worse to protect my elderly farther
