Sorry if this is in the wrong place

my husband is allowed to stay at home (court bail condition) he's allowed supervised access to our kids (both under 18). He's obviously not allowed access to other under 18s.

we had been going to take our kids to the local Christmas market this weekend but would that be allowed as other children could be there. It's in a very busy public that people of all ages go to. Is he allowed to be there or is this classed as "organised access to under 18s" even if I'm with him the whole time?

A Christmas market provided it's not run inside a school or youth centre would be fine. Contact with under 18s would be things like your wider family gatherings, hanging around in a park on his own and things like that. Unless he has specific conditions that prohibit him from going to certain places then carrying on every day life is fine xxx

Thanks for your reply

We didn't go due to the train fiasco that hit the whole of the UK.

social worker made out he can't do anything really which i thought was odd. The market is literally in the centre of Glasgow
