So my daughter has thankfully been welcomed with open arms to the school she supports when home from university.
unfortunatly a school holiday care provider have today informed her "they need to have a FORMAL meeting with her to ensure she does not pose the same risk" I have been struggling to contain myself to not find there contact number!
she is the same person she was and always has been. However because of some very poor decisions made by her sibling they wish to make her feel this way!
I believe this is damage limitation on there part.
i am approaching the council tomorrow as I am bereft at why this is something no one wants to own and each suggest the decision lies elsewhere!
of course there are safeguarding measures and she is aware of those. But this is disgusting and right now I'm trying to support her and her sibling and cracks are starting to show in my armour.
xx

oh my, that is awful she should not be punished for someone's else's mistakes that's misconduct , I feel for you and hope your daughter is OK xxx
Hi
That's awful and so wrong. I'd suggest contacting unlock.org.uk to get advice. Is your daughter part of a trade union? If so, it might be worth getting their support. Personally I'd be getting legal advice from a specialist solicitor. I'm pretty sure there is law against 'guilt by assocuation'. I'm just not sure who it pertains to.
