I know it's hard to take it all in and to come to terms of what they've done and how it will change your life pretty much forever my OH Reoffended this time last year and we got the knock in January and I'm still coming to terms with the fact he's reoffended unfortunately we are the ones that have to pick up the pieces and deal with The situation all I can say to you is keep coming onto this forum. There's always someone on here for you to talk to or ring the helpline. It's not going to be easy. I'm not going to lie to you but you will have support on the forum Sending you love And hugs xx

Small steps, do whatever you need to do at the moment to survive. Eat, drink and sleep when you can and you'll find that you'll wake up one morning and not cry quite so much that day. Look after yourself, go for a walk or take a shower whatever works best for you.
It does get better but it is like grief, there are many different stages and it looks different for everyone. Sending you lots of love and support xxx
