Well everyone its 9pm on the 16th. I am raising my glass of Baileys to everyone on this forum. Whether you realise it or not you are stronger than you think. You may not think it at the moment, but you are. Secondly, you are not alone in this journey. It will feel like it but you are not. This forum has been my lifeline.

Littlerobin3, you may not have thought about it on Monday but I raised a glass to you. I am sorry you spent your birthday on your own. I wished you had reached out on this forum than spend it alone. If you feel like that again private message me and we can talk. You really are not alone. I think the feelings on being lonely the worst. And i find it just so sad there are so many lonely people, if only we can connect with one another we would not feel so lonely. Sounds so simple.
