CPS time

Been with police 3 months bail then. Then CPS 3 months bail. Bail date for anther 2 months. I am taking this as not a good way forward!
I would say it probably just means they've not completed their investigation yet. X
If it has gone to CPS they should get back to you within a reasonable time frame. They work faster than the police investigation stage. Unless there isn't clear-cut evidence in the police file they have sent to them in which case they will ask police to do more investigatory work. But usually CPS gets back with charges of NFA within 1-3 months.
Length of time isn't an indication of whether it's "bad" or not though. The whole system is just very slow.

Thank you for your reply.
So police bail for 3 months/CPS file sent by police 3 months ago.
Total Bail 6 months. I understand that the bail clock stops when file with CPS.
Now on bail for another 2 months, would CPS get back to OIC before this 3rd bail ends or leave it to the day?
OIC said that the CPS did get back to 2 weeks ago (before I was bailed for the 3rd time) with some questions, which he said he has anwered.

Often the OIC and CPS are in contact from the beginning of the investigation, so the OIC can take advice on how to build a case. So they could get back to OIC with charges/NFA etc at any point really. It may be that OIC decides to present you with charges at the end of the bail period though.
