Hello everyone

has anyone ever changed barrister?
ours refuses to speak to us, we phoned his chambers and they said he would ring us, that was early December, he never

we then emailed him, within minutes our solicitor messaged us and told us not to speak to him.

Was left gob smacked to be honest.

Sorry, we can't really advise as I imagine the system in Scotland is slightly different. Personally I wish we had chosen to change solicitor as ours hasn't been available and the only (2nd actual conversation) face-to-face conversation was discussing the charges over their shoulder walking into court to make his plea. We now feel too far along to do anything. If you can speak to someone for advice you should.

Hello,

Im sorry to hear you're also having poor representation. I just can't believe how we get treated.

our case has been going on for a while now, but I will die trying to make sure my person has fairness. I don't think it's too much to ask. I'm totally emotionally exhausted, but I won't quit seeking helpful and trustworthy representation.

I wish you well with you case xx
