Hello , me once again

OH just had his call to confirm his time for sentencing tomorrow and its afternoon, same time as his plea was and he said how really quiet it was etc so im hoping its the same tomorrow

Pre-sentence report was done a week ago which went really well and the recommendations that were being put forward was alot better than expected however we do know that the Judges dont have to follow they. The PO that did his report told him how he works closely with the judge he had from the plea and the reason he was doing it a week before is because she liked to have them in ready so she can really look through them so everything goes smoothly on the day. It was also confirmed at the plea and at the Report meeting that it would be same judge.

However we have just found out its a different judge, now i know things happen (illness etc) but it states "Judge Advocate" (then the name), does anyone know what that means?
to me it sounds like its a judge standing in for who he should of had but does that mean a sentencing would of been decided by her and passed on to him to give out on her behalf and close it or would it now be up to him tomorrow?
or is it just another name for judge although usually i see his/her honor



im already strssed, trying to hold myself together for the sake of my children and panicking over if it was to be made public.
i guess its the closure of this chapter but the beginning of another hell hole....aka SS

yeah thats what i read when i first saw it but didnt know whether it was relevant with it being military judge xx
