Do many of these cases get NFA?

NFAs are always described as very rare on here, but last year the media was quoting a report on the failings of the Met which stated that most of their IIOC cases ended in an NFA. I've had a quick Google and can't find the article now, but it was in one of the major broad sheet news papers.
Holding out hope
It's complicated isn't it. 'My' case, which involves my husband (as he still legally is) could potentially end in an NFA if he's telling the truth. But I've got to the point where I just pray that the outcome will be just, whatever it is. I don't want him to get away with it if he's actually been seeking out CSAM.
I just want it not to ruin my kids lives I don't care what happens to me or my oh
