Custodial on first offence?

My person is being sentenced very soon.
It is a communication offence with decoy.
I know it all depends on the judge on the day. But I really need to know peoples sentence for this on first offence. Please x

My person received 3 charges related to communication (not a decoy) and received a 2 year suspended sentence, 300 hours community service, the Horizon course, a fine, 10 year SHPO, 10 years SOR.
Hi sorry that you find yourself in this situation my ex partner got a custodial for a communication offence it was unexpected as first offence think it all depends on the judge on the day as even the officer in charge was shocked by the outcome. I would just say try to just hope for the best but be prepared for custodial incase that happens.
My ex was sent to prison for 3 years, first offence of IIOC, making and sharing.
1 charge for attempted communication.
he had:
16 weeks suspended for 2 years
5 yrs SHPO
7 yrs notification
12 months mental health
40 RAR days

My partner got 15 months in prison for causing or inciting sexual activity and sexual communication with a child. 10 years on register. He didn't have a SOPO (old version of a SHPO) put in place.

Gosh it really varies.
My son is on bail at the moment, first offence and has been honest. He is under "reasonable suspicion of harrassment" because he asked for photos on two occasions. I don't think he sent any over.
A nightmare, not sure what his final charges will be at all.
