Hi lovelys x

'We' are still waiting for CPS on charges of videos and real communications and online incitements :(

It surely will go to Crown Court but my question for the next step is once CPS have decided to chrage or not how long was you/your OH inside the plea hearing itself for? x and how long were you/your OH in the court itself for before being called? Also how long did it take from plea hearing to then go to Crown Court? x

I'm still undecided if I can stomach being inside the plea hearing :(

Please hearing is very short.
At magistrates they just confirmed their name and address and set a date for plea at crown.
at crown the clerk read out the charges and he pled guilty. The judge agreed bail and set a date for sentencing. 5-10 mins at most.

and before being called in we had waited about an hour and a half.

from magistrates to plea at crown as about 4 weeks. From plea to sentencing it was going to be 8 weeks, but it was cancelled a few days before. So now will be about 12 weeks if it goes ahead at the next date set.

Hi, the county court normally confirm a time and this will be the same time for a numbers of individuals listed for that day. I arrived with my son and were advised we were to wait to be called. It felt like a while but only two people went in ahead of us. The hearing itself was an opportunity again for the charges to be read and my son to confirm his plea. A date for sentencing was agreed and a date and time with the probation service to complete pre sentence reports. This was all over in about 20 minutes x

We were at court at least an hour and a half before he was called in. During this time he met with his solicitor to go through the evidence and his plea. They were not called in until the solicitor let the court know they were ready.

Once in the court the plea hearing took about 20 minutes. He was then given the date for Crown court which was 4 weeks later.

The plea hearing is very short, maybe 20 minutes. The time between the CPS going ahead with charges and going to Crown Court is about 6 months in "our" case. Then based on last time I went through this at Crown Court we had to arrive 90 minutes beforehand and wait until the digital board said the Judge was ready to hear the case. We didn't get an opportunity to speak with his Barrister at all beforehand and the ex spoke with him for about 5 minutes. My 18 year old daughter came with me to the sentencing that day. I regret that she did because there were detailed descriptions of some of the Cat A photos he'd downloaded and I'll never be able to get that out of my head. On the other hand, I knew I had the truth of the matter. 6 weeks later, the case was reported across Police social media etc. I've decided not to go this time round because I don't want any press that might be they're making assumptions and printing that I was supporting him. I wish you all the very best. PS. You could contact "Prisoner Families " who are a charity who support the families of anyone dealing with the judiciary. They can attend court with you, go in your place or simply call the court later in the day to find out what happened. I had a volunteer attend with me on the day of sentencing and honestly, she was amazing.
