Dear Forum Users,

We are pleased to share our latest blog post, developed in collaboration with our media and communications team. "Picking up the pieces: Supporting the secondary victims of online child sexual abuse" explores the profound impact that a loved one’s online offending can have on family and friends, drawing on experiences shared through the Inform Programme by our service users and facilitators and on the Family and Friends Forum.

By sharing this post across social media, we aim to provide valuable insights from those affected while also highlighting the support services offered by the Lucy Faithfull Foundation. We hope it reaches those in need of our services, so that they too know that there is a place to seek support. We hope that this will be a welcomed edition to our blog post publications.

Thank you for this informative blog post. I didn't do the Inform course myself but having read the blog I wish I had and will certainly be signposting other people to it.

A really good read!

I've accessed the forum for well over a year and didn't realise the various content of the inform course. I genuinely thought it was more of a course aimed at a family wishing to have the 'person' return home and prove they can protect children in their care.

I'm certainly going to look more into the inform course and if it's suitable for me.

Always learning!

Any publicity about this subject and your support as a forum can only mean a way forward, which is desperately needed.

it's a world that society should face up to and not just promote hate and labels, the increasing numbers of internet crime show these outdated views are not stopping this crime. Make people realise this can and does happen to ANY family. We need to keep on line viewing safe for everyone and not create victims of any kind, also do our best to end the availability of this material on line.

A truthful interesting read ..... the forum has been priceless personally for me throughout the years - a fact I'll be eternally grateful for.

A very well needed blog post , anything to make more awareness is always greatly appreciated

I did the inform course a few years back and found it very helpful

The forum has been and will continue to be in my life, now on the other side of sentancing and a long road ahead knowing we are not alone and can offer help and support to others is so important Xx

Thankyou for this blog post. It may encourage others who are reluctant to do the course to do so. I'm registered to take part ASAP and I can't wait. Not that I'm excited of course, I just need to talk with others going through the same thing. Even though my best friends knows, no one else does and it's a very lonely place to be.
